Qualifications

  • Must be actively enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate Engineering program in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Optics or Physics related degree.
  • Have completed at least 2 years of college with a 3.0 GPA or better.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to solve complex problems using your natural curiosity.
  • Work effectively as a member of a team or on individual tasks.
  • Be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) onsite
  • U.S. Citizenship status is required

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with and assist engineers in the conduct of various engineering assignments
  • Perform testing activities in an engineering lab environment and/ or outdoor field testing
  • Conduct imaging analysis under the supervision of engineers
  • Provide regular reporting of progress and status
  • Complete assigned tasks on time
  • Documentation of requirements, verification plans and test results
  • Perform a wide variety of tasks to gain familiarity with the engineering staff, methods, programs, and practices
  • Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization
  • Assist in the development of plant layouts, manufacturing methods and process improvements
  • May coordinate maintenance projects

The candidate will work closely with and assist engineers in the conduct of various engineering assignments. The candidate must be a well-organized self-starter, able to work in an engineering lab environment, have good communication and technical skills, and be able to professionally interact with others.

Job Responsibilities
  • Work closely with and assist engineers in the conduct of various engineering assignments
  • Perform testing activities in an engineering lab environment and/ or outdoor field testing
  • Conduct imaging analysis under the supervision of engineers
