Job summary

Related is seeking a Summer Analyst to support the Digital procurement and supply chain team in sourcing equipment, materials, and services for our data center facilities in Dallas, Texas. You will assist with vendor research, RFPs, bid comparisons, and tracking of long-lead orders.

Ideal candidates are undergraduates in a related field with strong Excel skills, analytical ability, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Current undergraduate sophomore or junior with a target graduation date between December 2027-May 2029.
• Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest in sourcing, vendor management, or supply chain strategy.
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills; high proficiency with Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrates clear and concise communication in writing and speech.
• Self-starter with proactive approach to tasks; able to navigate ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Assist with vendor research, RFP preparation, and bid comparisons for equipment and services.
• Support tracking of purchase orders, lead times, and delivery schedules for long-lead equipment.
• Assist with maintaining vendor and contract databases and cost benchmarking across suppliers.
• Attend cross-functional meetings with vendors and internal teams, including engineering and construction.
• Support coordination on equipment specifications and delivery timelines across active projects.
