Northrop Grumman is seeking Software Digital Technology Engineers for an internship opportunity. This position will be located at our Mission Systems sector in Rolling Meadows, IL.
The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman’s Multidomain Sensing, Targeting and Survivability (MSTS) Division. Rolling Meadows, IL employees are all about redefining what’s possible in the realms of navigation, targeting, and state-of-the-art self-protection. The systems that they design, build, integrate and test are created with the dynamics of present and future operational stakes in mind.
Bachelor’s: $20.50 to $37.25 per hour
Master’s: $29.00 to $45.50 per hour
At Northrop Grumman, our internship pay rates are standardized and take into account three main factors: the anticipated graduation date of the individual, the cost of labor of the geographic location, and whether the internship is considered technical or administrative.
Primary Level Salary Range: $20.50 - $37.25
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
