AbbVie Packaging Engineering Co-Op in North Chicago offers a paid, six-month program where you work on packaging development, testing, and process improvement, with housing and shuttle services for eligible students.

You will collaborate with the Global Packaging team, gain exposure to lab and manufacturing environments, and develop skills in data analysis, documentation, and project teamwork. Returning to university after the co‑op is required.

Job Description

As an AbbVie Packaging Engineering Co-Op, you’ll participate in a paid, six-month program working on meaningful assignments that have a real impact on our business and patients worldwide. AbbVie’s Global Packaging organization offers you an opportunity to work in a variety of packaging formats and materials. Throughout the duration, there will be developmental and networking activities, along with housing and shuttle services for eligible students. Co-op’s will be expected to work from our North Chicago campus headquartered in north suburban Chicago, at least three days per week, in accordance with company policy.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in university, pursuing a Bachelor's in Packaging or related field

• The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Companybelieves ingood faith it will pay for this role at thetimeofthis posting based on the job grade for this position.Individualcompensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographiclocation,andwemayultimatelypaymore or less than the posted range. This range may bemodifiedin thefuture.
