Textron Aviation, based in Wichita, KS, offers a 2027 Internship in Program Management. You will work directly with the Program Manager/Assistant PM Engineering, helping manage a new aircraft development program and its transition to production.

2027 Internship - Program Management
As an intern with Textron, you'll gain hands-on experience while exploring your interests and building new skills. You'll be supported and challenged to contribute in meaningful ways - working on real projects alongside experienced professionals to prepare for future success.
The Program Management Engineering Intern will work directly with the Program Manager/Assistant Program Manager Engineering, assisting with management of new aircraft program development; including, transition into production. Collaborates and partners with a team composed of multiple disciplines and suppliers to ensure the development program meets performance requirements as well as customer expectations. Assists in managing the schedules and budget performance of the development program.
Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Aviation, Aircraft Management, Engineering, or related field.

Summer internships are 40 hours per week typically from late-May to early-August lasting 10 weeks.
Candidates must be able to work onsite for the entirety of the internship program unless approved otherwise by the hiring manager.
