Qualifications

• Student should be pursuing a BS or MS in materials, integrated supply chain or related degree.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, familiarity with PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams.

Responsibilities

• Participate in mandatory procurement meetings.
• Gain exposure to Inventory Management, Quality Improvement, and Value Stream processes.
• Understand the purchasing function.
• Manage PO dates.
• Document indirect spend purchases and expense reports.
• RRQ project for a Contract Management Tool.
• Partner with supplier quality engineering intern on supplier rationalization.
• Gain exposure to executive management.

About This Role

• Participate in mandatory procurement meetings.
• Gain exposure to our Inventory Management Process, Quality Improvement Processes, and Value Stream Improvement Process.
• Understand the purchasing function.
• Managing PO dates
• Provide Documentation of indirect Spend Purchases and competing expense reports
• RRQ project for a Contract Management Tool
• Partner with the supplier quality engineering intern on supplier rationalization project.
