Job summary

Lycoming Engines, part of Textron Systems, offers a 10-week paid internship in Williamsport, PA focused on Supply Chain. You will participate in procurement meetings, learn inventory management and purchasing processes, and gain exposure to senior leadership.

The program provides mentorship and real project work, with opportunities for 401(k) vesting and flexible scheduling at select locations. Enrolled in a relevant BS/MS program with proficiency in Word/Excel is preferred.

• Pursuing BS/MS in materials, integrated supply chain or related field.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel; familiarity with PowerPoint and Teams.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in mandatory procurement meetings.
• Gain exposure to Inventory Management Process and Quality Improvement Processes.
• Understand the purchasing function and related workflows.
• Manage PO dates and documentation of indirect spend purchases.
• Support RRQ project for a Contract Management Tool.
• Collaborate with supplier quality engineering intern on a supplier rationalization project.
• Gain exposure to executive management.

About This Role
