Job summary

Sihle Insurance Group is offering a paid 7-week internship in Altamonte Springs, Florida. The program provides hands-on experience across Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, Condominiums/HOA’s, PEO, Claims, Benefits, Sales, Bonds, Accounting, and IT, with mentorship from managers and carriers.

Interns will attend loss control inspections and sales meetings, and will learn insurance laws and carrier structures while building professional skills.

We are currently interviewing for Sihle Insurance's 2027 Summer Internship Program!

Sihle Insurance’s internship program will provide the opportunity to build industry experience across a variety of departments. Participants will receive mentorship and education from expert professionals in the industry including department managers, account managers, carrier representatives, and sales producers. Participants will be immersed in the daily processes across various departments such as Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, Condominiums/HOA’s, PEO, Claims, Benefits, Sales, Bonds, Accounting, and Information Technology. You will have the opportunity to meet with and learn from sales producers while also attending loss control inspections and sales meetings. Training and education will include insurance laws, familiarity with insurance carriers, lines of insurance, sales, and so much more. Sihle’s internship program will provide a comprehensive experience while participants continue to build their knowledge and professional skills.

Spots are limited to ensure each participant receives personalized attention and meaningful learning opportunities.

Minimum requirements:

• Students must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in their junior or senior year. Students studying Risk Management, Insurance, Sales, Business, or a related field are encouraged to apply.

Internship Details:

• This is a paid, 7-week internship beginning in June 2027.
• Location: Altamonte Springs, Florida. Housing accommodations are not provided by the company at this time.
• Work setting: In-person.
