By combining evidence generation, patient insights, and scientific engagement, we help ensure that medical innovations are understood, accessible, and capable of making a meaningful difference in patients' lives. The Global Medical and Scientific Affairs group ensures that scientific leaders and health care providers have the information they need, and that scientific insights gathered are translated into actions, to maximize patient outcomes. The Strategy Realization Office (SRO) is an integral part of V&I Operations focusing on managing strategic initiatives and transformational projects and programs for V&I. The projects tend to be one of a kind, strategic, and span multiple functions and geographies in their impact.
The SRO is currently recruiting for a summer intern. The goal of the internship is to assist senior program managers in the planning and execution of projects that implement strategies, advance innovation, and improve the performance excellence of all areas within V&I. The candidate should have good communication skills and be organized. A basic understanding of project management, data analysis, presentation creation, and business management concepts is expected. Intermediate Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills, as well as ability to work with AI tools such as MS-CoPilot are required. This position would best suit someone with an interest in the business side of the pharmaceutical or healthcare industries. The duration of the internship would be 10-12 weeks.

The salary range for this role is $39,908 - $111,111 USD
