Job summary

Truist Financial in Charlotte, NC is launching a Competitive Analyst Program. You will rotate through Finance teams, build core skills in strategy, data analysis and project management, and graduate into a placement based on performance and business needs.

Participants gain real work experience, participate in a custom curriculum, and develop a nationwide network through Truist's One Team culture.

How it Works:

As an applicant, youll join the Finance track which isdesigned to builda pipeline of agile learners and transformational thinkers who do just thatwho get up to speed quickly, instinctively connect the dots from diverse experiences and broad exposure across the enterprise, and subsequentlydrive collaboration and integrated thinking on their teams.This track includes rotational opportunities in the Financial Management organization with teams such as Accounting, Reporting and Tax, Corporate Treasury, Enterprise Finance, Enterprise Change & Controls, Enterprise Corporate Services, etc.

Great Expectations:
  • Complete all prescribed training satisfactorily prior to the end of the program into appropriate center assignment.

  • Complete any additional training as recommended by the manager, either during or after the program.

  • Participate in business rotations, working on projects and other business-as-usual activities that allows for the practical application of concepts and behaviors referenced in training and demonstrate results in line with rotational managers expectations.

  • Perform special projects or assignments outside of the formalized training program, as may be assigned.

  • Bachelors Degree or Masters degree required with a graduation date of May2026 - June 2027

  • 3.0+ GPA

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Demonstrated leadership through on campusand/or communityinvolvement and/or work experience

  • Enthusiasm for a career in financial services

  • General knowledge of the financial services industry

  • Willingness to travel

  • Ability to be based in Charlotte, NC for the duration of the program and be hired into one of Truists Finance Hub locations upon placement after graduation.
