Job summary

Truist’s TD&O Analyst program offers a year-long, rotation-based experience across Technology, Data, and Operations, located in Atlanta or Charlotte. You’ll gain financial services exposure, hands-on project work, and a tailored curriculum designed to fast-track development under senior leaders.

The program emphasizes technical delivery, data analytics, strategy, risk governance, and a startup-like culture that encourages risk-taking and collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with graduation between Dec 2025 and May 2027.
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.
  • Demonstrated leadership through on-campus or community involvement or work experience.
  • Willingness to travel and relocate for the program.

Responsibilities

  • Work on innovative projects across the line of business including Software Delivery, AI Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Project/Product Management.
  • Engage with executive leaders and participate in curricula and rotations within TD&O to accelerate learning and impact.
  • Contribute to technology delivery and data initiatives, while building professional development and market-ready skills.

How it Works:

As an applicant, you’ll join the Technology, Data, & Operations Track, which is a 10 month comprehensive, structured, broad based rotational financial services immersion program focusing on various topics applicable to the industry including a strong foundation in professional development skills, financial services acumen, strategy, technology delivery, innovative problem solving, data analysis, storytelling, project management, risk governance and assurance, and the Truist organization and culture. Your experience will include exposure to Truist senior leaders, sessions with members of Executive Leadership and track specific curriculum with 2 rotations spread across the Truist Technology, Data, & Operations department.

As a TD&O Analyst, you’ll work on innovative projects and assignments across the line of business, including Software Delivery, AI Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Project and Product Management, and more. TD&O graduates go on to become invaluable catalysts we need to stay competitive in the marketplace, using their connections, experience, and exposure to fast-track our learning and improve our speed-to-market.

Education:

Training and learning in large groups, small group/peer interaction, and self-study components.

Exposure:

Opportunity to interact with all Executive Leaders throughout the program, as well as exposure to other senior leaders, lines of business, industry specialists, training experts, and other Truist teammates.

Experience:

Rotations to provide an opportunity for meaningful learning experiences with business impact.

Great Expectations:
  • Complete all prescribed training satisfactorily prior to the end of the program into appropriate center assignment.
  • Complete any additional training as recommended by the manager, during the program.
  • Participate in business rotations, working on projects and other business-as-usual activities that allows for the practical application of concepts and behaviors referenced in training and demonstrate results in line with rotational managers’ expectations.
  • Perform special projects or assignments outside of the formalized training program, as may be assigned.
