Through rotational experiences, participants gain exposure to a wide range of financial disciplines and build a strong foundation in both technical and analytical skills.

Individuals hired into the program will be located in Charlotte, NC.
All regular teammates (not temporary or contingent workers) working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits, though eligibility for specific benefits may be determined by the division of Truist offering the position.
