You will gain broad exposure to the business, including Credit, Customer Accounts/Relations, Insurance, Lease Services, Sales Support, and Treasury.

Participants receive leadership development courses, formal mentorship, and networking opportunities while contributing to corporate responsibility initiatives.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale at the time of application; must maintain 3.0 through graduation
• Degree must be completed by hire date
• Domestic Mobility; Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Desirable: ability to work independently as well as with others; knowledge of statistical analysis to measure, analyze and improve service
• Proficiency with office software to prepare documents, reports, spreadsheets and graphics
• Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
• Bi-lingual skills a plus

Participants receive a high degree of management focus and deliberate assignment placement during their four years in the program. This program is ideal for those building foundational skills in this field, generally within the first 0-2 years of their career.Program participants will partake in four, 1-year intentional placements, including assignments in customer-facing, origination, credit, and specialty roles. These assignments include but are not limited to: Credit, Customer Accounts/Relations, Insurance, Lease Services, Sales Support, and Treasury. Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
