What awaits you:

• Assist in directing the functions of Metallurgical laboratories including training of personnel, scheduling of work, maintenance and repair of equipment, purchase of equipment and supplies, and writing test procedures and reports.
• Perform daily tests as necessary, monitor customer development through test reports and process customer returns in an expeditious manner.
• Responsible for independent accreditation of Laboratory to current ISO standard.
• Adherence to all applicable Kautex and Textron policies, procedures, and compliance directives and adhere to all laws applicable to the facility in order to support the overall Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE).
