Qualifications

What you will enjoy doing*
  • You will participate in an eighteenmonth rotational training program designed to develop deep technical expertise in hydrogen production and basic air separation processes
  • You shall complete a sixmonth technical training rotation in The Woodlands, Texas focused on Hydrogen and Air Separation technologies followed by a oneyear plant engineering assignment
  • In this role you will collaborate with crossfunctional groups including Engineering, Maintenance, Reliability, Process Safety, Process Controls, and Operations to gain handson experience
  • Take responsibility for supporting operational improvement initiatives, troubleshooting production issues, and contributing to plant reliability and process optimization
  • Additionally, travel to multiple facilities across the United States to complete rotations while remaining flexible to relocation needs throughout the program
  • Furthermore, apply technical knowledge to realworld plant operations while receiving structured training, mentoring, and onthejob development

  • You will hold a Bachelor of Science or Master of Science in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with zero to three years of experience
