The Business Intelligence Rotational Associate Program is designed to develop future business leaders with a broad understanding of Nuveen's investment management business. Through a series of rotational assignments, associates gain exposure to strategic initiatives that support business growth, product development, operational effectiveness, and client engagement. Rotational opportunities may include Corporate Strategy, Business Management, Responsible Investing, Private and Public Product teams, and Client Experience.

Associates partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to conduct market and competitive research, support strategic planning efforts, contribute to product and business initiatives, and help identify opportunities to enhance processes and client outcomes. Throughout the program, associates develop analytical, communication, project management, and leadership skills while building an understanding of the investment management industry.

The program includes mentorship, professional development opportunities, exposure to senior leadership, and participation in business-focused learning experiences designed to prepare associates for long-term careers within Nuveen.

2026-09-29Base Pay Range: $75,000/yr - $85,000/yr

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
