Phillips 66 is launching a Trader Development Program for university hires, based in Houston, TX. Selected graduates join a structured training journey and mentorship to build a trading career in energy markets.

Program participants will onboard through KATALYST, gain exposure to commercial trading desks, and develop skills in market analysis, risk assessment, and external relationship building. Applicants should meet degree requirements and be available to start in early 2027.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree program in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Mathematics/Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent field of study or a Master’s degree in Economics, Finance or MBA.
• Graduation date prior to December 31, 2026 or May 31, 2027.
• Available to work at Houston, TX headquarters.

• Engage in onboarding to Phillips 66 as part of KATALYST.
• Develop trading knowledge and market analysis skills in energy markets.
