Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Mathematics/Data Analytics, or a Master’s in Economics, Finance or MBA
• More than 30 hours of college credit
• Graduation date August 2027 or later
• Available for a minimum of ten continuous weeks
• Available to work at Houston, TX headquarters

Responsibilities

• Orientation and training events, field trips, social activities, weekly seminars and opportunities to meet and interact with functional leaders.
• Participating in continuous coaching conversations with your manager who will provide direction throughout your internship.
• Working with an assigned mentor for guidance and to help with technical challenges and day-to-day questions of working in the corporate world.
• Giving a presentation at the end of the summer to senior business leaders and key stakeholders.
• Learn how Phillips 66 Commercial optimizes assets, manages risk, and creates logistics solutions across the globe.
