Job summary

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from job sites as required.
• US Citizenship required. This position is NOT eligible for Visa Sponsorship.

Position Description

Looking for an exciting opportunity in the construction industry? McAninch Corporation is looking for interns for next summer (May-Aug 2027). Our interns will work with our Safety Team to monitor safe working conditions for our most valuable asset – our employees! Interns will participate in safety audits, coaching, incident investigations, and training. Interns assist in monitoring various construction projects and help assure compliance with relevant government regulations when visiting job sites.

Qualifications

Physical Requirements

• Primarily sedentary work, requiring the ability to sit for extended periods of time.
• Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, data entry, and operating office equipment.
• Occasional standing, walking, bending, and reaching within an office environment.
• Ability to occasionally work outdoors and stand/walk on uneven terrain.Ability to lift and carry light objects, typically up to 10 lbs.

Compensation

Interns are paid an hourly wage of $22.00 per hour. This temporary position is not eligible for benefits.
