Regeneron is currently seeking multiple 2027 Co-ops in Upstream Bioprocessing & Cell Culture Development to join our Preclinical Manufacturing and Process Development (PMPD) team, which develops the manufacturing processes used to scale up and produce Regeneron’s medicines.

Timeframe

Our Co-op positions are full-time and onsite from January-August (Spring-Summer), May/June-December (Summer-Fall), and August-December (Fall).

Pay

Intern and Co-op pay ranges are determined by level of education (year in school) and degree program. The hourly rate range for these locations is: $17.90-$50.90 per hour.

What you’ll do

• Support the development and optimization of cell culture and bioreactor processes used to grow the cells that produce Regeneron’s medicines
• Design and test new feed and media strategies to improve cell growth and productivity
• Run bench-scale and pilot-scale bioreactor experiments and analyze the resulting data
• Support reagent and cell bank production activities
• Collaborate with scientists and engineers to troubleshoot process challenges
• Document experimental procedures and results to support ongoing process development
• Gain hands‑on exposure to mammalian cell culture and general laboratory technique
• Present findings and progress updates to the broader team
