Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking multiple 2027 Co-ops in Downstream Purification & Bioconjugate Process Development to join the Preclinical Manufacturing and Process Development team.

Co-ops work full-time onsite in Tarrytown, NY, January–August or May–December or August–December, with pay tied to education level. Contribute to purification using chromatography, filtration, and resin development while developing analytical methods and attaching drug payloads to antibodies.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Undergraduate or Graduate degree and returning to school after the internship/coop period.
• Commit to 40 hours per week for the duration of the program.
• Demonstrated leadership in campus activities, clubs, sports, or work preferred.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support purification of medicines using chromatography and filtration techniques.
• Develop and qualify analytical resins and LC methods to evaluate impurities.
• Contribute to chemistry work attaching drug payloads to antibodies and characterize impurities.
• Run small-scale lab experiments to evaluate purification performance.
• Analyze historical process data to identify trends and improvements.
• Collaborate with scientists and engineers to solve purification challenges.
• Document results and contribute to technical reports.
• Present findings to the development team.

Regeneron is currently seeking multiple 2027 Co-ops in Downstream Purification & Bioconjugate Process Development to join our Preclinical Manufacturing and Process Development (PMPD) team, which develops the manufacturing processes used to scale up and produce Regeneron's medicines.

When & where:

Location: Tarrytown, NY

Timeframe: Our Co-op positions are full-time and onsite from January-August (Spring-Summer), May/June-December (Summer-Fall), and August-December (Fall).

Pay: Intern and Co-op pay ranges are determined by level of education (year in school) and degree program. The hourly rate range for these locations is: $17.90-$50.90 per hour.

What you’ll do:

• Support the purification of medicines using chromatography, filtration, and resin-development techniques
• Develop and qualify new analytical resins and liquid chromatography methods used to evaluate process impurities
• Contribute to chemistry work used to attach drug payloads to antibodies and characterize resulting impurities
• Run small-scale lab experiments to evaluate purification process performance
• Analyze historical process data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with process scientists and engineers to solve purification challenges
• Document experimental results and contribute to technical reports
• Present findings to the broader development team
