RBC Capital Markets in Jersey City invites rising senior undergraduates and master’s students to join its Summer Analyst Program. You will work on meaningful projects that impact capital markets, building intelligent trading systems and data pipelines under lead architects and technologists.

You will gain hands-on exposure to machine learning, cloud platforms, and modern software engineering while enjoying dedicated mentoring and networking with Capital Markets professionals.

Qualifications

• Entering the final year of a four-year college or university program or enrolled in a relevant master's program (anticipating graduation Winter 2027 or Spring 2028)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated interest in technology, financial markets, or both
• History of academic excellence
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Preferably pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Data Science or Business Analytics

• Architecture – Shape the foundational systems that power modern capital markets

• Systems & DevOps: Linux/Unix administration, CI/CD pipelines

The good-faith expected salary for the above position is $110,000 annualized depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This position is non-exempt and paid at the equivalent hourly rate.
