• Coordinate invoice submission for brand marketing activities and resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal partners.
• Maintain and manage brand marketing assets, ensuring materials are current and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Coordinate logistics for marketing events, including planning, vendor coordination, and on-site execution within timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate internal and external brand communications to ensure messaging aligns with brand standards.
• Manage brand marketing requests, prioritize inquiries, and ensure timely follow-through.

• Coordinate internal and external brand communications for assigned initiatives, exercising judgment to ensure messaging aligns with brand standards and communication objectives.
• Manage assigned brand marketing requests, prioritize inquiries, determining appropriate resolution or escalation, and ensuring timely follow‑through in alignment with service expectations.
