Under Canvas is seeking a 2027 Back of House Supervisor in the White Mountains region (Dalton, NH). The role leads the culinary team, ensures food safety, and upholds brand standards. This is a seasonal, hourly position with the potential for team member housing during employment.

The supervisor will assist the Food and Beverage Manager, lead a lead cook/expediter, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while managing inventory, safety, and daily operations.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least one year of culinary leadership experience.
• Food Handler Certification and TIPS card.
• Knife skills and inventory experience.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.

Salary Range: $20.00 To $23.00 Hourly

Summary

As a Back of House Supervisor, you will support the Food and Beverage Manager by leading the culinary team and ensuring food safety protocols and brand standards are followed. This role also serves as a lead cook and/or expediter. This is a seasonal, hourly position and includes theoptionof team member housing for the duration of employment.

Responsibilities

Additional Information

• This position requires the individual to wear and work in personal protective equipment, when applicable.
• This position requires that the individualis able tolift a minimum of 45lbs independently.
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions including but not limited to heat, cold, rain, snow, humidity, and wind.
• This position is contingent upon the satisfactory completion of a background check and/or motor vehicle records check, if requested by Under Canvas.
