Hygiene-Driven Model (Strong Patient Flow)

• 740+ hygiene recare patients/month
• 180+ new patients/month
• Assisted hygiene model with 4–5 patients per hygienist per day
• Two treatment rooms per doctor + two dedicated dental assistants per provider for speed, consistency, and focus

Schedule (Flexibility Available)

Typical schedule: 3–4 days/week

• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Compensation & Income Potential (High New-Grad Upside)

Collections-based compensation with a 99% RCM rate:

• 30% of collections up to $60K/month
• 32% of collections from $60K–$80K/month
• 34% of collections above $80K/month
• $700 daily guarantee for the first 90 days
• No lab or supply deductions
• Estimated earnings of $330,000+ based on average monthly collections of ~$90,000
