Job summary

Greenberg Traurig has an excellent opportunity for an Entry Level Associate to join the Corporate Department in our Miami office. The role supports attorneys in client engagements, including legal research, due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, and participating in client communications.

• Strong interpersonal skills, maturity and ability to manage a heavy workload.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and attention to detail.
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required.
• Eligible for admission to the Florida Bar.
• Strong academic history is desired.
