Annually, we invite high-performing college seniors to join our 10-week U.S. Summer Analyst Program in Corporate Banking.

What is the opportunity?

We seek Summer Analysts to support our Corporate Banking & Global Credit verticals. Ideal candidates are interested in Capital Markets, have strong academic records, and are graduating in Spring 2026 or December 2025. RBC is North America's 5th largest bank, with a significant US presence and global momentum.

What will you do?

• Support over 10 industry verticals in credit origination, execution, and portfolio management.
• Participate in due diligence for new lending transactions, analyzing company filings, financial statements, reports, and research, as well as attending management presentations and calls.
• Assist in preparing credit presentations and documentation, including detailed analyses and financial models to assess creditworthiness.
• Analyze business models, financial projections, deal structures, industry trends, and investment merits in collaboration with internal teams.
• Support senior team members with portfolio management, reporting, pipeline management, budgeting, and special projects.
• Liaise with back and middle office teams to set up transactions on internal systems.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or related field.
• Graduating in Spring 2027 or December 2026.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Genuine interest in capital markets, finance, and banking.
• Curiosity, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Nice-to-have

• At least one relevant internship, preferably in financial services.
• Basic understanding of loan and capital markets products.
