Key Responsibilities
  • Focus on making strategic investments in Proptech companies.
  • Assist in managing the structuring, pricing, and negotiations of investment transactions.
  • Prepare financial models and internal investment committee materials.
  • Monitor portfolio company investments and provide strategic support to management teams.
  • Evaluate Proptech companies with strong synergies with Starwood’s portfolio.
  • Enhance current business relationships and develop new relationships within the Proptech ecosystem.
Required Experience
  • Experience in an analytically rigorous role in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or consulting.
