Gallup-Mckinley County Schools in New Mexico is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance work on all district schools, with carpentry, minor alterations and repairs, and installation tasks across doors, windows, walkways, fences and roofs. Maintenance Tech
To perform maintenance work on all district schools, carpentry,minor alteration andor repairsand installation, doors, windows, walkways, fences and roofs.All duties assigned.
HVAC experience required. Must have three (3) years of current verifiable experience in maintenance & HVAC
Education: Equivalent to completion of the twelfth grade (High School Diploma required)
Licensure: Possession of, or ability to obtain a valid New Mexico drivers license.

Working Environment: On-Site attendance is mandatory for this position.
Office, shop and school environment, travel from site to site, airborne particles and vibration, and frequently works in outside weather conditions.
