- Associate's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Valid state licensure for Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- Experience working with children and adolescents in a school or pediatric setting preferred.
- Strong understanding of child development, learning theory, and educational practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt interventions and strategies to meet the individual needs of students with diverse abilities and backgrounds.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.
