The Opportunity
The Corporate Strategy team works closely with Adobe’s top executives and our three business units (Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, and Experience Cloud) to ensure that the company stays on its fast growth trajectory. We have played an active role in some of Adobe’s boldest and most strategic decisions, such as its well-publicized transition to cloud, expansion into digital marketing leadership, and positioning around Generative AI.
Today, Adobe is at the forefront of digital experiences worldwide—supporting creatives with tools to design new content and enabling global enterprises in digital transformation and experience business creation.
What You’ll Do
As a Corporate Strategy Manager, you will join our entrepreneurial team, including alumni from management consulting and experts in digital media and marketing. Your responsibilities will include developing product strategies, assessing technological trends, analyzing the competitive landscape, determining Adobe’s strategic positioning, and exploring market adjacencies (build, buy, or partner). You will lead projects and cross-functional initiatives to accelerate Adobe’s growth, supporting senior executives and gaining insights into their decision-making processes. This role offers unparalleled exposure to senior leadership and pathways to operational and management roles within Adobe.
What You Need to Succeed
Currently enrolled in an MBA program, graduating between December 2024 and June 2025
3-4 years of experience leading impactful change, preferably in management consulting, internet, or SaaS strategy
Strong intellectual curiosity about technology trends and long-term industry shifts
Ability to develop ‘outside-in’ market perspectives and craft clear recommendations
Structured problem-solving skills, capable of breaking down complex issues
Hypothesis-driven approach with executive presence
Ability to influence and drive action among senior cross-functional stakeholders
Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
Experience leading teams and mentoring
For sales roles, salaries include total target compensation (base + commission) with short-term incentives. Non-sales roles are based on base salary with annual incentives. Certain roles may also be eligible for equity awards.
