  • Pay Range: $25.78-$28.87 per hour (based on 2024-25 rates, subject to negotiation in May 2025)
  • Hours per day: 8
  • Work calendar days: 215

Summary

Responsible for managing the school’s administrative office efficiently, providing support to the principal, staff, and students, and supervising support staff as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage financial duties including budgets, grants, petty cash, purchase orders, and reports.
  2. Coordinate principal’s calendar, handle correspondence, maintain files, and manage security and keys.
  3. Greet visitors, assist with inquiries, and support parent/student needs including ParentVue navigation.
  4. Supervise substitutes, monitor employee absences, and manage related paperwork.
  5. Oversee student supervision in common areas and support staff training and management.
  6. Maintain building rental calendar, telephone system, and participate in school and crisis team meetings.
  7. Assist athletic department with rosters, health records, and supplies.
  8. Organize student/parent events and staff celebrations.
  9. Support scheduling and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; specialized training preferred.
  • Minimum five years of related experience, including supervising support staff.
  • First Aid, CPR, and Medication Administration certification required (or must be obtained after hire).
  • Criminal background check required.
