Position Details

Pay Range: $25.78-$28.87 (min - 12% above min)/hr*
These pay rates are based on the 2024-25 school year rates and will be updated when approved during the negotiations process around May 2025 for the 2025-26 school year.*

Work Schedule: 8 hours/day, 215 days/year
Position is ongoing.

Job Summary

Responsible for the efficient management of the school administrative office and providing support to the principal, staff, and students. May supervise support staff.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform financial duties including budget reconciliation, monitoring grants, maintaining petty cash, generating reports, managing purchase orders, vendor contracts, and school payment systems.
  2. Manage principal’s calendar, prepare correspondence, reports, and organize travel arrangements. Maintain personnel files and security.
  3. Greet visitors, answer inquiries, assist students and parents with ParentVue, and coordinate substitutes for staff absences.
  4. Supervise students in common areas, lead and train support staff, and participate in team and crisis meetings.
  5. Support athletic department activities, organize assessment testing and safety drills, and coordinate school events.
  6. Assist in scheduling and production of the school master schedule.
  7. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training preferred.
  • Five years of relevant experience, including supervisory roles, or an equivalent combination.
  • First Aid, CPR, and Medication administration certification required (must be completed shortly after hire if not already certified).
  • Criminal background check required.
