The Hilton Central School District has a vacancy for the position of Cook Manager for the 25-26 school year. Candidates must possess the following knowledge, skills, abilities and personal characteristics:
Selected candidate will oversee the breakfast and lunch programs at school as well as the vending and catering functions. Safety and sanitation procedures are an integral part of the operation and certification are required.

Requirements:
Minimum qualifications for these positions are:
(a) graduation from an accredited university with an Associate's degree in Food Service Administration, plus (1) one year paid full-time or part-time equivalent experience in the preparation and cooking of a complete menu of foodstuffs for consumption on a large scale basis other than fast food;
(b) graduation from high school plus (3) three years of paid full-time or part-time equivalent experience in the preparation and cooking of a complete menu of foodstuffs for consumption on a large scale basis other than fast food;
(c) an equivalent combination of the above (a) and (b) with training and experience.
