2025-2026 School Year Middle and High School Teachers (Any Subject Area)

Position Details
  • Grade Level: Middle or High School
  • Location: Multiple locations; learn more about our 16 schools here.
  • Salary: $58,000-$80,000 based on experience; relocation stipend available for moves over 75 miles from Denver.
  • Status: Full-time, benefits eligible, in-person
  • Start Date: Attend New Staff Institute at the end of July 2025. View the School Year Calendar for more info.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Any field)
  • Demonstrate In-Field Status by 10/1/2025, through one of several qualifying methods (see application details).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience serving students of color, students with disabilities, and/or multilingual students.
Responsibilities
  • Use data to inform instruction.
  • Take accountability to improve student outcomes and reflect on teaching practices.
  • Create engaging learning environments that promote student ownership and success.
  • Maintain high expectations for all students.
  • Identify personal strengths aligned with school values.
  • Engage in feedback and professional development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and support school policies and values.
  • Additional duties may include student recruitment, advisory roles, tutoring, etc.
