Soliant is partnering with a school district near Maxwell, Indiana, to find talented and passionate Speech-Language Pathologists for the remainder of the current school year and the 2025/2026 school year. Spring 2025 graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Position Details

This full-time role involves working with students from K through 12th grade, assessing and diagnosing speech, language, and communication disorders, and developing individualized treatment plans. Collaboration with educators, parents, and professionals is essential. You will also maintain accurate records and document progress in accordance with school policies.

Qualifications
  • Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology for SLPs
  • Bachelor's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent for SLPAs
  • Valid Indiana SLP or SLPA license or eligibility to obtain one
  • ASHA Certification (CCC) preferred; CFY candidates are welcome; SLPA candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience in a school setting is a plus
  • Spring 2025 graduates are encouraged to apply for the 2025/2026 school year
Rate
  • Hourly rates are negotiable based on experience and practice setting
  • SLPAs: $30-$35/hour
  • SLP-CFY: $42-$48/hour
  • SLP-CCC: $50+/hour
