Soliant is proud to partner with a school district near Maxwell, Nebraska, to find talented and passionate Speech-Language Pathologists to join their team for both the remainder of the current school year and the 2025/2026 School Year! Position Details

This full-time position will run through the end of the current school year and the following school year, and involves working with students from K through 12th grade. The role will focus on assessing and diagnosing speech, language, and communication disorders, as well as developing and implementing individualized treatment plans. Collaboration is key, as you'll work closely with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure students receive the support they need to succeed. Additionally, you'll maintain accurate records and document progress in compliance with school policies.

Qualifications
  • Education:
  • Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology for SLPs
  • Bachelor's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent for SLPAs
  • Licensing & Certifications:
  • Valid Nebraska SLP or SLPA license or eligibility to obtain one.
  • ASHA Certification (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome to apply; Assistant Level (SLPA) candidates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Previous experience in a school setting is a plus.
  • SLPs and SLPAs graduating Spring 2025 are strongly encouraged to apply for the 2025/2026 School Year.
Rate
  • Hourly rates are negotiable based on overall years of SLP or SLPA experience, years practicing in a school setting, and years practicing with a pediatric caseload.
  • SLPAs: Will Vary Between $30-$36 an hour
  • SLP-CFY: Will Vary Between $45-$52 an hour
  • SLP-CCC: Will be $55+ an Hour
