Description
Propel seeks a Middle School Social Studies Teacher (Grades 6-8) for the 2025-2026 school year. Propel schools operate with an extended school year to increase learning time and opportunities for our scholars, with 190 instructional days and 30 professional development days for a total of 220 work days annually.
- Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from $49,985 - $100,460 (year 3 of salary scale) based on relevant prior work experience.
- Relocation Allowance: Available for new hires moving to the area from 90 miles away or further.

- Retirement: Participation in a 403(b) with Propel contributing 5% automatically and matching up to 4% after 5 years.

Job Summary:
This position is accountable for collaborating with administrators and staff to lead students to learning success, developing and teaching curriculum based on the Pennsylvania Common Core Standards.
