KIPP NYC Public Schools is a non-profit network of 18 free, public charter schools in the Bronx, Brooklyn, and Manhattan. We partner with families and communities to create joyful and rigorous schools in pursuit of a more just world. Founded in 2009, KIPP NYC College Prep High School (CPHS) serves students in grades 9-12 from various NYC communities, focusing on college readiness through rigorous academics, including AP, Dual Enrollment, and Honors courses. Located in the Bronx, CPHS educates over 2,000 students and offers numerous extracurricular activities and college/career counseling. Our graduates have high college matriculation and graduation rates.

KIPP NYC offers a competitive salary from $70,829 to $142,270, based on experience, certification, and longevity, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, generous time off, parental leave, child and elder care, life insurance, disability benefits, sabbaticals, professional development, and tuition reimbursement.
