2025-2026 (Annual) Supplemental Contract - SUBJECT CHAIR: Counseling - EHS

Job Description

West Chester Area School District has the following supplemental contract position available at the high school level:

1.0 - Subject Chair: Counseling -EHS

The Department Chairperson provides curriculum and instructional coordination. The chairperson assists the Assistant Superintendent/Curriculum Supervisor in curricular development and implementation. Within assigned departments, the chairperson assists the principal in building budget development.

• Guidance counselors are only position supervised – no other bargaining unitpositions will be recognized including but not limited to case workers, crisis interventionists or school psychologists as reflected on page 50 of the WCAEA collective bargaining agreement.
