Open Sky Community Services is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse in Massachusetts to support individuals with disabilities in a non-hospital setting.
You will collaborate with a Registered Nurse, monitor medical status, facilitate transportation when needed, and advocate for residents with healthcare providers. This role emphasizes long-term patient connections and person-centered care.
Are you a Licensed Practical Nurse looking for an environment that is not an office or hospital setting? Are you looking for the ability to make connections with your patients and work within an innovative and person-centered domain?
