Job summary

Logic Staffing in Fife, WA is seeking an Experienced Reach & Cherry Picker Operator to join our team. The role offers a fixed pay rate of $20 per hour and a true full-time schedule with a Friday–Sunday work pattern and no overtime.

We require 6 months of cherry picker and reach truck experience, plus 3 years in warehouse operations. Expect accurate material handling, safety adherence, and teamwork in a dynamic warehouse environment.

• 6 months of cherry picker experience.
• 6+ months of reach truck experience.
• 3 years of warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload trucks following safety procedures.
• Pick customer orders using an order picker or reach forklift.
• Receive, verify, and put away materials accurately.
• Maintain clean and organized aisles, counters and common areas.
• Track discrepancies, assist with cycle counts, and support inventories.
• Assist with deliveries or pickups as needed.
• Support overall warehouse operations and additional tasks as assigned.

Schedule: Friday - Sunday, 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM (No overtime)

5. Must have reliable transportation.
6. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
7. Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours a day.
8. Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety practices.
9. Ability to work independently and within a team.
10. Coachable with a strong work ethic and high standards.
