Job Title: Warehouse Associate – Reach Forklift Operator

Schedule: M-F 1pm - 9:30pm & 5am-1pm

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Warehouse Associate / Stand-Up Reach Forklift Operator to join our warehouse operations team. This role is responsible for safely operating stand-up reach forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, store, and organize products and materials throughout the warehouse while following all company policies and safety procedures.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up reach forklifts to move products, equipment, and materials safely and efficiently
• Put away palletized units by lifting forks for placement into storage racks above floor height
• Pick palletized units from rack locations above floor height and prepare them for outbound shipment
• Load and unload materials onto and off pallets, skids, and lifting devices
• Use Radio Frequency (RF) scanning systems to select and record materials, weights, counts, and product conditions
• Maintain accurate inventory movement and warehouse organization
• Complete daily forklift inspections and maintenance checklists
• Monitor battery charge levels, clean and maintain batteries, and ensure equipment is placed at designated charging stations
• Follow all OSHA, regulatory, and company safety standards, policies, and procedures
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned
• Work with additional warehouse machinery and material handling equipment when needed

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Experience operating a stand-up reach forklift required
• RF scanner experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and work throughout scheduled shifts
• Forklift certification preferred or willingness to become certified
