Job summary

ProRecruiters is seeking a Forklift Driver & Warehouse Associate to join a growing team in Tulsa, OK. You will operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts, support inventory control, and use AS400 to track shipments and scheduling.

Pay is $20.40/hour. Evening shift 3:00pm to 11:00pm, full-time/contract. Education: High School diploma or GED required. Safety-focused work with GMPs, food safety considerations, and ability to work in cold environments (-10 freezer).

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory control processes and computer systems used to track inventory, such as AS400.
• Forklift operation experience with sit-down and stand-up forklifts is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple types of forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, rotator, slip-sheeter, grabber) safely and efficiently.
• Report any safety violations, hazards, or near misses promptly.
• Use warehouse management systems and tools, including AS400, to manage scheduling and appointments.
• Generate and analyze reports (Hold, Trash, Pending, Schedule Ship, Shelf Life) to support operations.
• Manage inventory processes, including FIFO staging, cycle counts, pallet tracking, and resolving missing or misplaced inventory.
• Understand warehouse operations such as loading patterns, weight distribution, racking systems, transportation security, and safely work on elevated surfaces.

Position Requirements:

1. Valid food handler’s card from the Tulsa Health Department (Must have or be willing to obtain).
2. Must wear steel-toed boots.
3. Ability to work in extreme temperatures (-10 Freezer).
4. Understand warehouse guidelines for food safety and sanitation.
5. Demonstrated problem-solving ability.
6. Must have a proven safety record in past work history.
