SYNERGY HomeCare in Weymouth, MA is seeking compassionate CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to join our caregiving team. We have urgent openings with flexible scheduling and reliable weekly pay to support our clients' daily living needs.

You will assist with personal care, mobility, meals, and companionship in clients' homes, follow care plans, and report changes to the care team. Full-time and part-time shifts, weekdays and weekends available, with first and second shift options.

Qualifikationen

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification required.
• Vaccination records preferred.
• Previous caregiving or home care experience is a plus.
• Patient, compassionate and reliable demeanor is essential.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are important.
• Comfortable providing care in clients' homes and honoring scheduled shifts.
