Job summary

Nestlé USA invites ambitious graduates to join the Supply Chain Development Program (SCDP), a 2-year rotation across the Supply Chain organization. You’ll begin in Solon, OH, then rotate to Nestlé USA distribution centers or factories, gaining hands-on experience in operations, SH&E, Quality, and finance.

The program emphasizes leadership, communication, and project management, with exposure to global standards, mentorship, and a path to growth within the world's largest food and beverage

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field required.
• Preferred GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Supply Chain internship experience preferred.
• Willing to relocate to Solon, OH for rotations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 2-year rotational program across Nestlé USA’s Supply Chain organization.
• Rotate through Supply Chain foundations, sub-function immersion, and field rotations.
• Engage in project work tied to top losses and site gaps.
• Develop leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
