Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to work from Avangrid locations participating in the rotational program.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze information and support business decisions.
• Collaborative, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotational assignments across multiple business functions.
• Support business analysis, reporting, planning, and operational initiatives.
• Assist with projects in finance, accounting, supply chain, or regulatory teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support business objectives.
• Analyze information used to support performance.
