Job summary

Williamson Central School District is seeking a part-time dishwasher for the Elementary School, starting ASAP. The role covers 4 hours per day from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM.

You will wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, maintain a clean work area, stock supplies, and assist with food service tasks while following all health and safety procedures. High school diploma is preferred; prior experience is not required, and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Entry-level friendly; minimal experience often accepted.
• Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures.
• Capacity to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to work part-time hours 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes and utensils using a machine or sink.
• Keep the dish area clean and organized, sweep and mop as needed.
• Stock and store clean items in designated spots.
• Assist kitchen staff with food prep and setup/cleanup.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation procedures.

Job description

This is a part-time position (Four(4) hours per day)in the ElementarySchool starting ASAP

Part-Time hours are 9:30 AM - 1:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

1. Dishwashing & Sanitation:Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, trays, glassware, flatware, and pots/pans using commercial dishwashing machineand/or 3-bay sink.
2. Area Maintenance:Keep the dishwashing area, floors, walls, and equipment clean, dry, and organized, including sweeping and mopping.
3. Stocking & Storage:Properly put away and restock clean items in theirdesignated spot.
4. Kitchen Support:Assist other food service staff with food prep, setting up/breaking down stations, and handling food and/or supply deliveries.
5. Safety & Compliance:Follow all established health, safety, and sanitation procedures, reporting any issues or violations.
