Job summary

Ethan Crossing of Cleveland is seeking a licensed practical nurse to join a behavioral health and recovery program in Ohio. You will supervise MHTs, administer medications per physician orders, document patient progress, and support patients and families with compassionate care.

Shifts are 12-hour full-time with a weekend rotation, and a $5K sign-on bonus is offered for eligible candidates. Ohio licensure and an accredited practical nursing program are required; new grads are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited practical nursing program or state licensure.
• Open to New Grad.
• Must be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Supervises MHT’s, delegating tasks and monitoring patients for changes in condition.
• Follows hospital policy for medication administration and transcribes/administers physician orders accurately.
• Delivers quality nursing care, ensuring treatment plan goals are executed, and documents patient progress.
• Interacts with patients and groups, enhancing communication and upholding patient rights.
• Monitors detox protocols and communicates patient responses to the Interdisciplinary Treatment Team.
• Orientates patients/families to the program, preserves confidentiality.

Rate: $26-31/hour
