Job description

**Job Description Summary**

The 2-Bin Process Owner will own the standard setting to determine what is in 2-bin and out of 2-bin as well as owning the process on how 2-Bin policy is set, managed, and fulfilled. You will be responsible for developing a systemic way to incorporate 2-bin into material coverage visibility connected both to Clear to Build (CTB) and Spares process as well as integration into Palantir apps. This role is the full start to finish owner of the 2-Bin process.

This role is open to remote consideration with 50% travel to start.

**Job Description**

**Essential Responsibilities**

+ Set standards and process enabling 2-Bin strategy

+ Executes the standards by going to Genba and creating methodology to identify defects and incorporate into standard reporting

+ Mapping current state PQPR and process maps

+ Utilize existing at-point problem solving and lead new to understand point of cause and point of detection for where 2-bin has limited delivery capability

+ Structured problem-solving methodology to identify root causes, build standards and governance, and ensure mitigation and training is in place.

+ Span internal make shops, assembly, distribution centers + kitting to see and surface gaps in actual and anticipated coverage.

**Qualifications/Requirements**

+ Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years Materials Management, Sourcing/Procurement, or Operations experience) + 5 years Materials Management, Sourcing/Procurement, or Operations experience.

+ Component manufacturing/assembly experience

+ Experience quickly analyzing and identifying disruptions to material flow in supply chains and partnering to work to resolution

+ APICS/CPIM certification

The salary range for this position is $111,700.00 - 148,800.00. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive plan.
